THANK YOU for choosing to shop with Cowgirl Clad Company! We work very hard to offer you the best value for your hard earned dollar and truly appreciate your business. We encourage you to ask questions especially about sizing on clothes, boots and fit of all other items so that when it arrives it is exactly how you expected it to be. We require all correspondence concerning exchanges or incorrect items to be in writing through your online account or email at sales@cowgirlclad.com.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL

RETURNS/EXCHANGES- All returns & exchanges to Cowgirl Clad Company need to be requested through your online account. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once it has been authorized you will receive an e-mail letting you know how to send your item back. All returns/exchanges should be sent to the address below. The receipt or invoice must be included with all tags on, unworn, unwashed & undamaged. The merchandise must be received within 10 CALENDAR days of the confirmed date of delivery as provided by the Delivery Confirmation receipt. We strongly recommend you also use Delivery Confirmation when returning the item(s) for proof of shipping. Cowgirl Clad Company will NOT issue a credit for returns after the specified date. Please do NOT attempt to return items after the specified date.

Once your item arrives we will process and then add the amount to your online account to be used toward your next purchase. Your username is your email address and your password is what you set it to be.

If you have question about sizing in boots, or clothing do not hesitate to call 417.350.1717 or email sales@cowgirlclad.com. For exchanges make sure to include the size requested in the request & with the item when you return it. If we still have it in stock we will send the exchange & if not it simply falls under the return category.

Boot return or exchange must be done within 7 days and sent back to the location of which it came, either Cowgirl Clad Company or warehouse from where it has been received. There is a 10% restocking fee when a boot order is cancelled prior to shipment. Please ask if you have questions.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS- No returns are allowed on sale or clearance items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
